In her somewhat convoluted way, I think what she’s saying is that she doesn’t care if women have abortions, as long as they don’t hurt the fetus 
As Gigi astutely points out over there, that’s why there’s no discussion to be had: anti-choicers are working on the false premise that a fetus can have rights, which it can only do by undermining the woman’s rights. That’s obviously unacceptable. We call this autonomy — she calls it “feminist supremacy”. *headdesk*
