Anti-abortion terrorist Scott Roeder may end up using “justifiable homicide” as a defense for the murder of Dr. George Tiller.
The suspect in the killing of abortion provider George Tiller is in talks with a prominent attorney who represents anti-abortion protesters and has long advocated justifiable homicide as a legal defense in such cases.
Scott Roeder, 51, has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and aggravated assault charges in the May 31 shooting death of Tiller in the foyer of his Wichita church. The Kansas City, Mo., man has refused to discuss his case, but he has told The Associated Press that Tiller’s killing was justified to save “the lives of unborn children.”
Roeder is consulting with Michael Hirsh, the lawyer who represented anti-abortion terrorist Paul Hill, who was canonized by anti-choicers for the murder of a doctor and clinic escort in 1994. Here’s how this shit-eating, fetus fetishizing douchebag responded when it was pointed out to him that an acquittal based on a “justifiable homicide” defense would only endanger the lives of more doctors:

Bina – Unfortunately, I think Roeder might find some sympathizers among the prison population, since some of his terrorist allies are inside too. Not that it’ll be a picnic, he’ll still do hard time, but I don’t think he’s likely to get hurt. More likely he’ll turn out to be one of the prison bullies.

If abortion is murder, why is it not prosecuted as such by the proper legal authorities? Of course, that begs the argument that the proper legal authorities have been corrupted, and that would justify, in their own minds (and I use the term, “minds,” generously in this case) taking the law into their own hands.
What would the authorities do if these anti-choice activists were harrassed and assassinated in the same manner? Would these activists not go screaming to the police for protection? Would they not howl about their rights to life and liberty, rights they would deny others?

That video was inadvertently hilarious. NONE of them had thought the matter through. NOT ONE. Their only reason for being there: basically, they were just squicked out at the thought of a woman WANTING to terminate an unwanted pregnancy. And one of them called her squick the voice of God. No logic whatsoever. That’s what it takes to be anti-choice: brain forever on standby, hormones on autopilot.
It’s little wonder the men in that movement think all women are too stupid to be trusted with their own bodies, if all the women in the movement really ARE that way. (But of course, we know who MADE them that way, don’t we?)
Do not underestimate Michael Hirsh . Cornelius – Exactly, and that’s what makes these people such a joke. In spite of their feverish rhetoric, most of them don’t really believe abortion is murder — if they did, then there would be no reason to “denounce” killings of abortion doctors. It would be like denouncing the killing of Dr. Mengele — most people wouldn’t feel it was necessary because what he was such murderous scum himself.
The fact that none of them have ever even considered what the punishment should be for this so-called “murder” is further evidence of how stupid and shallow they are.
