Check it out — GOP Centerfold Scott Brown, Senator-Elect and future King of America who some of our own conservatards are already citing along with Sarah Palin as the kind of True-Blue Real Conservative that our disappointing Pinko Tory Prime Minister Stephen Harper should emulate… is a “RINO”:
Republican Sen.-elect Scott Brown of Massachusetts said Sunday he opposes federal funding for abortions, but thinks women should have the right to choose whether to have one.
Brown told ABC’s “This Week” that he disagrees with his party’s position that the Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion should be overturned.
Brown’s sentiments on abortion rights in general and Roe v. Wade in particular might strike a discordant note at a time when the rest of his party is forging further and further into the wilds of Batshit Country (no, really) in pursuit of ideological purity.
How long will it take the teabaggers to start hating Brown once they realize that he’s not completely bugfuck insane? Much more talk like this
Brown says the abortion question is one that’s best handled by a woman, her family and her doctor.
… and they’ll be rolling Doug Hoffman out of his casket and getting him tarted up to run against Brown in 2012.
