Ha! Who knew? So happy to see you!

    Take that, big pharma!

    Hi Kim
I’ve got a lot of catching up to do — I’ve been following US politics on MSNBC, but not Canadian. (Vaguely recall something about Rob Ford smoking crack, though. WTF? He sure doesn’t look like a crackhead.) Oh well, better get reading…

Welcome back, JJ. OMG, a puppy ambush would certainly wipe my blues away.

    Very cool! :0

Hey girl, good to see you up and cuddling. Actually I think any direct link to life with all the bs filtered out wil work but puppies do have that added advantage of smelling so nice.
Happy What’s Left of Canada Day

Through every fall down the black bottomless well, a dog has been my connection to the light. Welcome back. You have been missed.

Yes. You were missed. So glad to see you back on your, um, puppies.

Welcome back, you old fart (from another old fart…hehehe).

You just gave the pharm boys an idea. Pretty soon puppies will be available by prescription only.

Heh. I’ve just returned from a restorative stay in a Laurentian lakeside house with 5 women, 3 dogs and no internet, TV or radio.

The dogs provided all the fun, entertainment and laughs we needed.

By the way, if a mountain of puppies doesn’t work its therapeutic magic, a passel of kittens surely will.

Good to see your *griffe* online, JJ!

Breathing deeply of the Sweet Puppy Breath would be better than the gas they give you at the dentist’s

  11. 14 JJ Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 10:41 am

“Any direct link to life” — indeed. After isolating for so long everything seems quite shiny & new, but it doesn’t come with Sweet Puppy Breath.

Thanks, AZ. The most amazing thing is how dogs seem to *know* something’s wrong, and govern themselves accordingly. My cat, OTOH, was “OK, something’s wrong, I’m outta here” and later “Oh good you’re back, FOOD PLEASE”

  13. 16 JJ Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 10:49 am

The struggle continues but at least I see some light at the end of the tunnel 😉

  14. 17 JJ Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 10:50 am

Hah, I’m starting to feel like I’m too old to qualify for “old fart” anymore. Maybe “crone”?

  15. 18 JJ Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 10:57 am

Oh, that sounds truly awesome: 3 adult dogs qualifies as a therapeutic pile. (And yes, a passel of kittens would work, but my adult cat was unimpressed by the whole drama. Good thing my dog was around, she provided enough loving care for both of them.)

Welcome back JJ — have you got a doctor who can write me a ‘script for teh puppies?

  17. 20 JJ Thursday, July 4, 2013 at 2:41 am

Hi Rev! I have many doctors 😎 all with strong writing arms, but only in the service of their dark masters at big pharma. They can supply all the Whocarezac and Fuckitol you want, but not Puppralex.

JJ! So good to see you are well!

Welcome back JJ! Am I counting 10 little pills in the pic?:^)

JJ, you’re back! Nice to know you’re all right!
