Hot action at swingers’ club

When you’re hot, you’re hot:

Firefighters rescued a group of patrons forced to flee in various states of undress after a swingers club caught fire in downtown Montreal Friday morning.

I’m sure Gingi Edmonds will be along any minute now with another spittle-flecked diatribe about how this little disaster was caused by one of God’s Own Lightning Bolts, cast down in furious anger to smite the sinful.

none of them were on EI.
they probably have swinger clubs in edmonton and calgary.
montreal is a fun place but not because of this.

The imaginary friend would have to smite the whole city! It’s a hot town…

We needed the religious police to beat them back into the burning building because of their sinfulness!

Who knew that Astroslide was flammable?

Just a small correction there, Phatbiker. It’s Astroglide – not Astroslide. I can’t imagine how I know that, it’s just something that I have heard of ( I’m more a KY fella myself ).

‘Course you could be referring to something else.

    Carry on.

SQ – Sure is. I used to make regular excursions to play in Montreal back in my wayward youth. We would drive back to Toronto with a trunk load of Brador and sell it at parties. Woohoo!

oemissions – I was actually kind of surprised to see that things called “swingers’ clubs” still existed. That is sooooo 70’s.

  9. 9 JJ Friday, June 19, 2009 at 8:53 pm

Alison – That it is. Montreal has always had a good reputation that way 8)

hi ellroon! Yes, those evildoers in that swingers’ club were just lucky that social conservatives haven’t been able to convince the government to set up a Ministry of Virtue and Vice like in Saudi Arabia. It’s still a work-in-progress for them 😉

    phatbiker – “astroslide” 😛 😆

Willy – I think it was one of those ‘on-purpose’-type mistakes 😉

Lends a whole new dimension to the phrase “media coverage”.

mamma mia! i’m thinking there probably weren’t any conservative-religious politicians in there, i don’t think they swing so much as go to doms, nice young gay boys or escorts.

    Scout

i’m thinking there probably weren’t any conservative-religious politicians in there

No way, I bet there were enough of them that the place had a swingin’ little chapel set up by the exit door so those patrons could confess and be forgiven and depart with a clear conscience after a night of depraved sexual revelry.

That’s the way it works for them, isn’t it? 😉

haha…well, i think they would go to someone’s monster home and conduct themselves there rather that in a building where anyone might be able to join….can’t be fucking aetheists, ya know, i mean, they go beyond the missionary position 😀

  18. 18 JJ Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 3:12 pm

“Conduct themselves” 😆 So that’s what they’re calling it these days…

Although not my thing( religon, ETC.),I do have a high degree of tolerance for adults behind closed doors. So do,I suspect, most christians.

Anyone wishing for hellfire believes in an odd God indeed.

sheepless – I agree. *Most* Christians are not fundamentalist nutcases… just the noisy ones.

I don’t know if you clicked the link and read about the execrable Gingi Edmonds, but she’s a perfect example of how vicious hardcore religious right whackjobs can really be. It’s unfortunate that though they are less in number, they are higher in volume than their sane counterparts on the religious left.

Wait. What?
