Fox News, distilled

Is it any wonder the White House is reluctant to treat these assholes as if they were a real news source?   9 months of distilled Fox “News” bullshit:

SHRIEEEK!  The country is ending!  The family is ending!  Socialism!  Marxism!  Maoism!  Pedophiles!  SHRIEEEEEEEEK!   Good grief.

    Good morrow, all!
I’m sure Jasper and Rafe will begin foaming at the mouth anytime now: BUT THEY ARE ONLY TELLING THE TRUTH!
No, they are not. They would not recognize the truth if it bit them right on the nose. It would be far more accurate to call the network, Fox Commentary and Opinion. Even Glenn Beck admitted on The View that he is not a journalist, he is a commentator. In other words, he and his fellow travelers on the network are not bound by any journalistic ethical restrictions to corroborate anything they speak about on air.
A great toast once went: Here’s to George Washington, who could not tell a lie; to Joseph Goebels, who could not tell the truth; and (to update) today’s “conservatives”, who cannot tell, and don’t care about, the difference.
Water runs downhill, the earth is round, and Fox News…isn’t – CTZen

    Good Morrow, CTZen! 8)

I think Jasper is taking a time-out as requested, so he likely won’t be foaming about anything around here. And this new one seems even stupider, so I don’t expect him to be able to figure out how to use “bookmarks”. But I digress!

I think Fox commentators know good & damn well what they’re doing, and why they’re doing it. The more stirred up they keep their audience, the better their ratings. I don’t even think that most of them really believe all the horseshit they spew.

    Good morrow, JJ!
*AHEM!* Albeit that I may be somewhat flattered that you care to steal my lines, I’ll remind you that flattery will get you nowhere…but don’t let that stop you…CTZen

Stealing a line? More like returning a greeting.

One can hardly respond to “Good morrow” with “How’s it hanging?”

Unless it’s not a greeting, but a review of the CBS show Numb3rs starring Rob Morrow, in which case the proper response is “Good Krumholtz.”

    Good morrow, RB:
She not only mirrored my greeting, she remembered my old sign off line, “But, I digress…” I can hear my fifteen minutes ticking down…sad…CTZen

    Good moorow CTZen,

To her credit, JJ didn’t steal the “don’t get me started” line…

    But, I did. 😉 🙂

Wait. What?
