I rarely use a WalMart store and when I’m in there
it’s an awful experience and the store is filled
with people who greatly want to be ELSEWHERE than
    WalMart.

The people in the rap video make my experiences
less alarming than I imagined. The get-ups of some
    of them are quite amazing.

That video and the Roeder story today strengthen
my belief that this is the better of the two
    countries.

Thank God I was born here.

Good to have you back, JJ. Hope all is well with
you and a fully recovered and wholly well.

Thanks Sassy! I’m about 85% right now, but hopefully that means I’ll be back to normal tomorrow.

    Yuck, what a week!

Torontonian – I never go to Wally’s, ever. Can’t stand it! The last time I was there was about 10 years ago, and I fainted 😯 Just too many people, it made me dizzy.

Yeah, the USA is a nice place in a lot of ways (think coastal highway 101 in California… wheeeee, what a beautiful drive), but wow. Watching this whole health care debacle and the teabaggers has made me soooo glad I was born on this side of the border.

Oh well… I’m alive! I don’t know what kind of flu I had, but wow. It was impressive. Maybe the Piglet Flu. Oh well, I’m 85% tonight and I even went out for a short run, so I should be running on all 8 by tomorrow.

I don’t know what’s scarier–that these people really do exist (and dress so poorly), or that someone actually took the time to make a website AND a rap out of it all. 😯

    Srsly, though…great song. 😆

My nabe took me to Wal-Mart over Xmas, and I wondered a lot about what sorts of things were underneath people’s clothes. It scared me to no end.

JJ 85% is good man, real good.

Toe – 85% is an improvement over the 20% I was operating at earlier in the week, but it’s still unacceptably low for me. I like to be operating at 95-100% 8)

Wait. What?
