MSR: Men In Black

This is too good to miss:  at the Maple Syrup Revolution this week, the Rev and Dave of the Galloping Beaver discuss the G20 demonstrations last weekend.

The Rev could not have chosen a better interview in the confusing week following the G20:  with his experience in the Military and security fields, Dave can see angles of the story that might escape the average person.   I at least finished listening to the interview with the feeling that I’d learned something, and in this day and age of 7-second sound bites and moronic partisan talking points, that is impressive.  Have a listen.

Excellent work!

Glad you enjoyed it JJ, because Dave and I sure did!

Excellent work, guys. Dave’s reflections on this situation were invaluable. I plan to listen to the whole podcast again today, since I have some time to spare, and this time write down some of the salient points you guys discussed for future reference.

    Keep up the good work!

Thanks JJ! Yeah we had some fun doing that one. You’re right there were a lot of tangential alleys which need further exploration.

Hi Dave! Great job on the podcast. I seriously felt like I had learned something after I listened to it, and that is what the internets were made for. (Also your reference to “staying away from the screamers” made me smile, since that is sort of what’s chased me away from the blogosphere of late 😛 )

I hope you and the Rev will have more of these discussions in the future. Cheers!

Wait. What?
