Basically the title she needs is “Liberals run Hollywood”, but I think she wanted to make some kind of paranoid statement about HRCs, so she threw in “Jews”.
At least that’s how I translate it. But really, who knows?

The sanity in these parts is strong enough to counter a lot of the pollution that reeks from elsewhere. I mean, if I was going to learn about SUZY KNEECAPS’ existence, it was so much better to find out about her here while hanging about with such sane company.
