After a failed appeal, anti-abortion terrorist James Kopp is headed back to his cozy 8×10 prison cell to serve out the rest of his miserable douchebag life:
An Appeals Court has upheld the life sentence given to abortion opponent James Kopp, who admitted to killing Amherst Doctor Barnett Slepian.
The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals says all of the issues raised by Kopp on appeal were without merit.
Kopps was sentenced in June 2007 for the sniper-style slaying of Dr. Slepian in the kitchen of his Amherst home in 1998.
Kopp’s lawyers claimed a trial judge erred by barring him from asserting that he was saving children’s lives by preventing abortions. The Appeals Court disagreed.
Tough luck, fuckwad. Watch out for sharpened toothbrushes.

Kopp and more to the point, his lawyer, wasted the courts time by saying that they had, in their minds, a ‘good’ reason for executing a law abiding citizen.

Jesus would spit on someone like Kopp… this is what puzzles me: don’t these people ever read the actual teachings of Jesus? As far as I can remember, he never said anything about killing people whose ideologies you disagree with. It just goes to show how twisted some interpretations of Christianity really are.

Without even looking, I’m pretty sure she’d denounce the likes of James Kopp. The anti-choice movement has been trying to scrape the stereotype of the rabid clinic bomber off their image like dogshit off a shoe, but no matter how hard they try, it clings. Please do not lump Mr. Kopp in with the rest of the douche bags that go out in sleeveless undershirts, scratch their groins in public, fart in elevators, vote Conservative, regularly refer to women as “bitches” or “hoes”, wear their baseball caps sideways or look like any of these guys.
